Jeremy Bishop

Jeremy Bishop is the Founder and CEO of Arkus Real Estate. Jeremy has over 30 years experience in the UK and Continental European private and public real estate markets, real estate finance, business and organisational development.

Arkus Real Estate has been established to create fit for purpose real estate assets suitable for modern occupiers. Initially, the firm will focus on asset management, renovation and redevelopment in the UK logistics and industrial sector.

Jeremy previously co-founded Oxenwood Real Estate in 2014. Oxenwood is a specialist UK and European logistics investment management firm. Following his departure, he remains an investor in certain property portfolios. During his tenure, Oxenwood deployed over £1.1 billion in total investment and £785 million of realisations.

Prior to this, Jeremy was a founding stakeholder of London & Stamford Property (now LondonMetric Plc) and a director of the firm’s £1 billion-plus joint venture portfolios.

From 2004 to 2006, Jeremy served as Director of Pears Global Real Estate Investors, where he oversaw building an international property investment and asset management operation. He also directed the acquisition of €300 million in European real estate investments and organised the opening of their Munich office.

Before joining Pears, Jeremy worked at Citigroup for four years, structuring property co-investment transactions, and at Guardian Properties for eight years, in real estate fund management.

He is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from the University of the West of England.
